As a graduate of English as Second Language- Academic course you will be proficient enough to begin to prepare for Test of English as a Foreign Language, International English Language Testing System, CanTEST as well undertake further studies in any area of your choice. It goes beyond Most English as Second Language programs.

The course is currently delivered over the internet. It consists of six modules in which grammar, reading, speaking, listening and writing are integrated. The grammar modules will help you to develop better communication skills in English for work, home, school and social interactions.
The first and second module will expose you to the basic principles of written and spoken English. All the lessons are compulsory. Our English as Second Language course is to be taken in entirety.
The third and fourth modules are Intermediate Levels three and four. In these modules you will expand your vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing and speaking. You will also explore the various methods of sentence construction. You will not be able to register for these modules unless you complete the previous modules.
The fifth and sixth modules are Advanced levels one and two in which you will apply a wide range of skills in grammar, reading, writing and speaking in English. You will demonstrate you ability to study high school material in English or pursue day to day life activities. You will receive a certificate if you successfully complete the whole course.

To be enrolled for this course, you will need to demonstrate that you are able to understand basic instructions in English, able to use a computer and the internet. In addition you will need at least three of the following:
